SCHOOL HIRE CHARGES

INDIVIDUAL HIRE

LIGHTING

Light token meters are installed in both schools and can be purchased from staff.
£1 for 30 mins

NB. In the indoor school a clear light next to the token meter will come on 2 mins before the lights will go out, and on the outdoor, a green rotating light will come on 3 mins before the lights go out. Please be aware of these lights, as they provide safety to dismount and exit the arenas and also TIME TO REMOVE DROPPINGS AND TIDY AWAY ANY JUMPS OR POLES USED BEFORE LEAVING.

CLUB HIRE OF FACILITIES

DAY RATE - SCHOOLS AVAILABLE FROM 9AM - 6PM (9 HOURS)
TO INCLUDE 2 ROAD MARSHALS WITH WALKIE TALKIES FOR 3 HOURS.

BOTH SCHOOLS FOR CLUB USE TO INCLUDE WARM-UP ARENA AND 3 HOURS ROAD MARSHALS.

Lights for both arenas - £2 for 30 minutes (£1 coins needed)

Solarium and Hot Wash   - £1 will give you 7 minutes so pamper your horse or pony for as long as you need. You can book a time slot also if needed.

Important note:-

Please feel free to park directly outside the indoor arena on the concrete hardstand when hiring the indoor arena or solarium so you are as close as possible to our facility in order to stay dry .We have further parking also if needed behind the indoor arena.  We have an area for you inside to cross tie your horse in order to tack up and untack in the dry. Please also pick out your horses feet before entering either arena and afterwards and use the buckets provided. You must also put ay droppings on the muck heap and sweep up any mess so the area is perfect for the next client please.

Instructors/Clubs

Day Hire (9.00 - 6.00) Indoor £150.00, Outdoor £100 or £200 if both indoor/outdoor hires simultaneously.

If hire is for less than the 9 hours our prices are the same as above £20 per hour £5 each additional horse.
