Beautifully situated in quiet but central location in St. Marks, Ballakilley is a well-established, friendly, family run livery yard.

Large well ventilated stables, rug racks, saddle racks and storage shelves for each client and dedicated clean and tidy feed room with kettle.

Floodlit outdoor sand school with excellent surface and variety of jumps. In addition, during the summer, a full size dressage arena in the fields complete white boards and markers. More winged jumps and the use of a large field for riding. If needed, an indoor school is a short hack away.

Quality hay included and good grazing all year round with starvation paddocks if necessary. Excellent hacking on quiet roads and plantation access to South Barrule via stony mountain.

Turnout/bring in and rug change available at £2 each time. Holiday cover £10 per day including bring in, turn out, rug change and mucking out.

Late night check when horses are stabled, worming programme and toilet.

Grazing in newly fenced post and rail paddocks which are maintained to a very high standard. We also provide both summer and winter paddocks for your horse which we fertilise, top, harrow and weed spray to make sure your horse has the best turnout possible. We do have starvation paddocks and quarantine paddocks for use if needed. All paddocks have automatic drinkers and most have electric fencing.

You will have use of our 40x20 all weather outdoor riding arena and our newly built indoor arena which again we maintain to a high standard. This ensures you ride on the best surface possible and we have many jumps for you to use.

We have a summer jumping paddock and have recently purchased dressage boards which will be set up for clients to use as part of their livery at no extra cost.

We have built two lovely tack rooms with toilet facility and an area to sit and have your lunch or just relax.

Your horse's outdoor rugs have a heater to help dry them and we provide galvanised feed bins for your horse's food.

Free parking for trailers and horseboxes.

We also have a solarium and hot wash which is available for an additional cost.

We can also put you in touch with reliable grooms who can provide full, part or holiday livery if needed.

You can ride over our land to the West Baldwin Road and we are in a great position to ride to the old railway line or plantations.
